碩士 === 東吳大學 === 數學系 === 105 === "Mathematical modeling" education in the modern education theory and 107 new curriculum has gradually drawn attention. A group of scholars, professors and math teachers in R.O.C. had set up the "Taiwan Mathematical Modeling and Creative institution" ( Referred to as MMCT ) in 2001. Also They started the competition related to "Mathematical Modeling" education. After that, some of the participating high schools also included the results of the "Mathematical Modeling" competition in special performance scores in 2009.　 The main discussion of this paper is as follows: Introduction to the concept of mathematical modeling, and theoretical basis (Chapter I ). Introduction some organizations of the current mathematical modeling in Taiwan (Chapter II ). Introduction the competitions and questions ( Chapter III ). Using the data obtained during the competition to conduct research and analysis (Chapter IV ). Finally, we talk about ideas and recommendations in the last two chapters (Chapter V and Chapter VI ).
