But Taiwan has yet to be fully popularized. Due to Taiwan's laws and equipment have not been established. The wallet is a kind of mobile phone with a bank credit card way to pay money. Go out just need to bring a cellphone that you can pay and save the trouble to carry money. Nevertheless, it is convenient at the same time, security has become the hearts of consumers doubts. The study aims at behavior intention of Taiwanese consumers to use a mobile wallet. Exploring the impact of personality traits, product knowledge, compatibility and perceived risk on consumers in technology acceptance model. The study used R statistic software to analyze the data, comprised of 231 questionnaires. Finally, the result revealed the following: 1. Internal personality trait has a positive impact on perceived usefulness. 2. Product knowledge with positive evaluation has a positive impact on perceived usefulness. 3. Product knowledge with positive evaluation has a positive impact on perceived ease of use. 4. Perceived usefulness has a positive impact on behavior intention. 5. Perceived ease of use has a positive impact on behavior intention. 6. Compatibility has a positive impact on behavior intention. 7. Perceived risk has not positive impact on behavior intention.
