Real estate market is always closely related with all people. Discussion theses relating to real estate loan purchase are few, and most of scholars present only theoretical discussion. The summary is discussed by the writer who has had practical practice background in real estate purchase and selling in Taiwan for 37 years. The contents aim at actual practice and reveal possible facts of real estate.
The purpose of this study is to try to take home loan, working
motivation and fortune into account to show their relationship by t.F
test and regression path analysis study. The study suggests one way to point out how it effect work and fortune by housing loan from young people's point of view.
Finally, according to study results, it shows increase of working
motivation of young people due to home loan and following increase of fortune, and working motivation is the medium between home loan and fortune of young people. Hope our social can support young people to home loan.
