This research examines how kindergartens create and deliver value to build the long-term relationship with parents and children by proper interaction and approach. This paper identifies two patterns of the trust-developing model: professional trust and relationship trust. Theoretically, the research emphasizes the interaction and needs based on multiple relationship perspectives among parents, children and teachers. Practically, this paper suggests that early childhood educators overlook the target customers’ cultural background, life style and individuality. Therefore, the trust and relationship among parents, children and teachers can be fully enriched by applying suitable methods and approaches that will be able to create continual value. As a result, the sustainable business model for a kindergarten will be developed. OU, SU-HUA 歐素華 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 73 zh-TW
