Summary: | 碩士 === 實踐大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 105 === The Armed Force of the Republic of China should cope with structural adjustment and the policies constituted by the government, and personnel should coordinate organization with streamlined human resources. Therefore, the most important topics are to strive for well-educated human resources and to enhance the diathesis of the military personnel. This also indicates that it is a necessary process for future military cadres to complete different stages of military educations. As the seniority and job experiences vary, different education connotation must be completed by stages to cultivate excellent officers; and the education of the Army’s Command and General Staff College is essentially the most significant educational phase to cultivate senior military cadres.
Further education includes Army’s Command and General Staff College and Army War College; according to the relevant regulation of the Department of Defense, lieutenants and majors of the army cadres who are sturdy and have completed basic and further education with relevant military cultivation can be the trainee of further education. The course not only teaches the trainee of procedures such as how to cognize, analyze, and solve the problems, but also apply professional knowledge and processing skills for the future military career. This will utilize the function of the Army’s Command and General Staff College and implement educational effectiveness.
In this study, trainees of the political warfare division, class of 106 of the Army’s Command and General Staff College are the main research objects along with the middle and high classes of political warfare cadres and sergeant of the present education. The research data is collected through depth interviews and discussions of whether the curriculum planning of the political warfare division in the Army’s Command and General Staff College are practical for the use of training.
Firstly, the turnover of personnel leads to gap in policy continuity.
Secondly, different personal experiences and departments can lead to different core functions.
Thirdly, curriculum planning and practicality failed to match; overwhelming lecture hours affect the results.
Fourthly, inadequate teacher’s structure affects trainees’ learning outcomes.
The research concludes with the suggestions to the department of defense and the highest guidance unit of the political warfare cadres in the Army’s Command and General Staff College as well as the follow-up study.
