The production of this thesis is mainly because of the author's vigilance about the state of self- life. Inexplicable anger led to the self-life context of the break, not connected with the relationship between others. In order not to be controlled by angry emotions, so I choose to change. This paper attempts to explore the impact of early life experience by self-narrative research. What causes anger? What has affected my connection with self and others?
The main text is to describe the life story that still distinctive and can not be released. Starting from the third grade of primary school, I feel the value of self-existence of shame. I try to open my closed life to find I am very care about the views of others, and do my best to get recognition. Just as in the native family eager to get the identity by parents and constantly to strive for performance. I ask myself to be a satisfactory child. I projected it in the placement of the child to look forward to getting compensation, satisfaction and love that I was not treated well when I was a child.
The research process uses free writing and psychological displacement. I review and understand the influence of early life experiences from different perspectives. The anger in the native family comes from worries the love of the family will not be accepted. Initiate yourself to learn how to receive and convey love.
Finally, with the little lion's metaphorical story present I return to the third grade in primary school and take away the 10 years old of being frozen. In the process of returning, I realize that 10 years old freeze is not tragic but cherish, and chose to stay in order to convey the good and happy at that time and sent away from fear and anger in the past.
