Summary: | 碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 105 === Global economy changes rapidly in recent years, and banks in Taiwan confronts with severe challenge. In order to face the challenge, government passes and implements financial holdings relevant laws and regulations in a timely manner, but it brings about structural changes in domestic financial market environment. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relations amongst quality of financial services, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The target is a bank in Taichung, Taiwan, and the response rate was 100% with 100 valid questionnaires. Based on the information collected from the measures of quality of financial services, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty, and the evidence-based study, the results are as follows.
1.Service quality and customer satisfaction reveal positive relationship.
2.Service quality and customer loyalty reveal positive relationship.
3.Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty reveal positive relationship.
