碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 教育研究所 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to change curriculum guidelines into the standards of performance assessment during the students are practing in the physical education. This way is to enhance the fairness and delimit teaching effects. According to the rubrics in basketball units of physical education, the PE teacher can set the interrater reliability to lert different teachers have the same scores. The researcher adopts delphi technique to set up the rubruics in basketball units of physical education, and give others PE teachers the same scores. The purposes of the study are as follows: (一) to set up the learning goals and knowledge considerations in basketball units of physical education；(二) to plan the proper rubrics in basketball units of physical education. Using delphi technique and basketball skills, the researcher designs on Rubrics Development in Basketball Units of Physical Education in Elementary Schools. Hope this rubrics has faced and keep making progress.
