If the tourism development policy makers can enhance the attractiveness of the Taiwanese tourists to Hong Kong tourists, the positive goal of the Hong Kong tourists for the favor and visit the development of the downturn in the tourism industry and a great help can also be a large station in the tour to promote the number of Hong Kong visitors to Taichung, and then to promote the growth of tourism-related industries in Taiwan. This study examines the practical experience of past tourism marketing in the past years by examining the practical experience of the past years of sightseeing marketing and examining the actual case of past tourism marketing in Taichung City and making a comprehensive view of the tourism industry in order to improve the tourism development and increase of tourists in Taichung City. Taichung City, the city to provide the development of tourism units as the future development of Taichung international tourism marketing policy reference. The results of the empirical study show that Hong Kong and Macao to Taiwan market with a strong development space, the advantages of tourism resources in Taiwan, and strengthen the three counties in Taichung, Changhua & Nantou three cities and counties to play cooperation and play a huge force in the integration of resources are favorable for Hong Kong tourists marketing strategy.
