In this study, we use of new technology, flipped classroom with problem-based learning on basic chemistry course. We want explore of its implementation and application, further put forward a complete proposal. We hope learner can enhance their interest and learning motivation, thus achieve a better learning score. Our samples were the students who attend Department of Cosmetic Science in Providence University and took basic chemistry courses. We make our own videos and use the ACS quiz as a research tool and analyzed the data with SPSS statistic. The results are as follows: 1.Students learn from flipped classroom performing significantly better than traditional way. 2.Female students use flipped classroom in a statistically significant difference. 3.Students generally like the way of flipped classroom.
