This study adopts questionnaire census survey with 451 subjects selected from 43 public infant centers (due on May of 2016), the return rate is 90.2%. The results as as followed: 1. There exist significant differences beteen background variables such as marital situation and number of children and work satisfaction, organization commitment and job retention. Besides this, there are somesignificant differences existed beteen background variables such as educational level and work years and work satisfaction; there are somesignificant differences existed beteen background variables such as age and educational level and organization commitment; there are somesignificant differences existed beteen age and job retention. 2. There exist positive correlation among work satisfaction, organization commitment and job retention. 3. Work satisfaction, organization commitment can positively accout for the 40% to 50% variance of job retention. Finally, the researcher draw some suggestions to infant center manager, non-profit organization and New Taipei City government based upon the findings.
