Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 機械工程學系數位機電碩士班 === 105 === The main purpose of this study is the hope that with the help of the pipeline simulation software, ice balance adjustment system, the on-site personnel to carry out the complex balance adjustment process on pipeline simulation software, engineers can finally follow the simulation software the simulation results to the scene to conduct the actual adjustment in order to reduce the time spent on ice system balance adjustment of manpower, time and cost, in addition; may be ice-water system to adjust the balance of energy efficiency before and after evaluation and analysis software based on the simulation results. The study is expected to establish a real case for ice systems were set on pipeline simulation software workflow balance adjustment, and this process is carried out in accordance with the actual balance and adjustment work on the software, and the final scene actually adjust the simulation results. In order to verify the accuracy of the simulation results of this study will be the actual case separately for ice system to verify the simulation results and measurement data in order to understand their differences, and finally the Research on will also be on the ice system simulation software for the real case assessment and analysis of energy efficiency before and after adjustment balance. Expected by the research results of this study can help refrigeration and air conditioning engineering industries to balance work-related adjustment to reduce the cost of labor and time costs, thereby enhancing the relevant technical capabilities.
