Increasing international scale interactions, but also to enhance the diversity and multiculturalism between countries (Chang, 2006; Collins, 2008).Therefore the internationalization of education has become a modern trend, due to the advent of the era of globalization, we have to encourage and international standards. Under international talent is at the level of the mobile environment, enormous demand for talent in the hospitality industry, the flow of hospitality industry professionals are also required to enter the ranks of the level of international mobility. International students different from cultural background, the experience in the field of learning through field study, the international students feel a sense of different cultures, is a skill to reach different cultural authenticity of good communication (Mac Cannell, 1999 ; Hubbard, 2007).
