Objective: 1.To understand the design trends of women 's gymnastics in East and West. 2.To Understand the design and cultural connotation of attire. 3. To understand the relationship between the evolution of competitive gymnastics and attire. Method: In this study,the use of literature analysis, image observation method to explore and analyze the cultural evolution of women's gymnastics in East and West. Result: Whether it is the inheritance of the East or the Western culture of criticism, in the development of globalization, such differences have shown a symbol of recession, attire design in addition to personal design, not only competition function, but also behalf of His own national culture and convey personal feelings and characteristics, rich in the cultural connotation of each country, and the East and West different aesthetic culture are make the design of attire more challenging.
