Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 景觀學系 === 106 === The height control over an urban space can not only reform a special view of city skyline but also preserve the visibility of the surrounding natural landscape. In the past three decades, due to the height control regulation that lacks the preservation of visibility of natural landscape, the visibility of surrounding natural landscape in the Taipei Basin has been severely impacted. Take Hsin-Yi District as an example, its height control regulation, based on building coverage ratio and floor area ratio, can reform the city skyline, but highly affects its southeastern visibility of natural landscape to the Shallow Mountain region. Therefore, this research, based on the
1/1000 Digital topographic map, will focus on the construction of Digital Surface Model (DSM) and evaluate the extent of the effect (i.e. the area ratio) from Hsin-Yi’s building development on its original visibility of natural landscape by applying the visibility analysis tool from ESRI ArcGIS. In this research, the surroundings open space with high user density (e.g. park lands, squares) are selected as the main observers, in order to evaluate the impact on its visibility of natural landscape from the building volume. In conjunction with statistical analysis, the research will form the feature differences against the observers in order to discuss the extent of the effect on the observers with various features.
In this study further with a way to verify the hypotheses and conditions of
hypothesis, indicator factors may produce different visual interference of the sort out between the various observation points. It can see the impact of changes in scope between the natural landscape. The study found that before the development, the visual area increases with the distance from the natural landscape, the observation point of the square has the highest correlation with this factor, while the height-to-height ratio of the building within the angle of view does not increase with the ratio. The most probable
factor that can affect the view of the landscape is the average height of the building within the view angle, which is relatively high compared to that of 1-2 hectares of park and the visual area of the larger observation area after development, And the distance from the Hsin-Yi District influence, hope that in the future planning within urban open space, should be based on a reasonable distance between the current situation different land zoning. To consider the landscape or buildings, visibility and other factors brought
about, it is recommended Through the first assessment of the way to carry out land and the surrounding environment of the planning, in order to reduce the different open space on the degree of visibility of the landscape caused by the shielding.
