The research procedures as following:1. The participants were asked to complete “Positive and Negative Affect Disposition Scale”, and ”Anger Status Scale”. 2.The participants were randomly assigned to neutral group, Mindfulness Mixed Group, and Mindfulness Sequence Group, and then asked to recall the memory that induces their anger. 3.The participants received the training of Mindfulness Mixed Group, Mindfulness Sequence Group, and Neutral Group, respectively. 4.The participants were asked to complete the Mindfulness Examination Scale and Anger Status Scale. The results show: Regarding anger index, Mindfulness Sequence Group is significantly higher than the Mindfulness Mixed Group and the Neutral Group. There is no significant difference between the Mindfulness Mixed Group and the Neutral Group. Moreover, there is no significant difference between the Mindfulness Sequence Group and the Mindfulness Mixed Group. In addition, the participants with high negative affect disposition has a higher effect than those of low negative affect disposition under the Mindfulness Sequence Group. Regarding awareness index, the Mindfulness Sequence Group is significantly higher than the Mindfulness Mixed Group and the Neutral Group, moreover, there is no difference between the Mindfulness Mixed Group and the Neutral Group. In addition, the participants with low negative affect disposition has a higher effect than those of high negative affect disposition under the Mindfulness Sequence Group. Regarding acceptance index, the Mindfulness Sequence Group is higher than the Mindfulness Mixed Group and the Neutral Group, but there is no difference between the Mindfulness Mixed Group and the Neutral Group. In addition, the participants with low negative affect disposition has a higher effect than those of high negative affect disposition under the Mindfulness Sequence Group.
