Summary: | 碩士 === 僑光科技大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of job involvement and job performance on the retention of employees in private universities in Taichung, to understand the relevance of job involvement, job performance and retention, and whether there are any statistically significant differences between the means of the above three by personal background variables.
The study targets are employees in private universities in Taichung.
Questionnaire survey is adopted with convenience sampling. A total of 185 questionnaires were circulated. 147 returned were valid, making the valid response rate 79%. The methods used in data analysis include: descriptive statistics, reliability analysis,independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance,Pearson Correlation,regression analysis. The results indicate:
1.The employees in private universities in Taichung of the staff of the gender, age, office and education level for job involvement of significant differences.
2.The employees in private universities in Taichung of the staff of the gender, age and administrative year for job performance of significant differences.
3.The employees in private universities in Taichung of the staff of the age, marital status, number of children, administrative year and office for retention of significant differences.
4.The employees in private universities in Taichung of job performance and job performance will have a positive impact on the willingness to stay.
5.The employees in private universities in Taichung of job performance and job performance will have a positive impact on the willingness to stay.
