However, the land is the only thing irreplaceable. Therefore, the Department of Land Economics becomes one of the most famous departments. This study gives a beneficial basis for land-related workers to detect whether they have the personality traits of land administration agents, and to explore what kind of personality traits are more able to bear the pressure work of land administration agents. The object of the study is based on land administration agent of Fengyuan District, Taichung City, and the questionnaire is based on sampling by convenience. A hundred questionnaires was distributed in the Land Office of Fengyuan District, Taichung City, and finally collected 70 copies. There were 15 invalid copies because some of them did not fill in the personality trait, and some of them fill in the same answer in one of the working pressure scale. Ultimately, there were 55 valid copies, and the recovery rate was about 6%. This study uses statistical data analysis software of SPSS for Windows 22.0, and the analysis methods include descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, item analysis, factor analysis, Independent-Samples t Test, one-way analysis of variance and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. The following are the statistical analysis results of the study: 1. There are no significant differences in the personality traits between the different social experiences and variables background. 2. There are no significant differences in working pressure between the different social experiences and variables background. 3. There are some obvious correlations between the personality traits and the workingpressure of the land administration agents.
