Summary: | 碩士 === 僑光科技大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 105 === This study aims to explore the influence of job attitude of newcomers who devote to traditional 3K processing industry to theirs intention to stay. And divide job attitude into 3 aspects: job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job involvement for further discussion. Meanwhile to explore the perceptual differences between job attitude of newcomers who have the different demographic factors and their intention to stay. By adopting purposive sampling method to conduct the research questionnaire, a total of 385 questionnaires were delivered and recycled 277 questionnaires, and excluded the 4 incomplete ones, final 273 valid questionnaires which rated a 70.9% usable response rate. The SPSS22.0 statistics software was then applied for statistical analysis; statistical methods include descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson performance difference correlation analysis and regression statistical analysis. The results are as follows:
First, different gender, marital status, seniority, position and salary factors show significant differences on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job involvement. And newcomers who are with different education backgrounds also have significant differences on organizational commitment. Second, different gender, marital status, seniority, position and salary factors show significant differences on intention to stay consciousness. Third, there is a significant correlation and effect between job attitude of newcomers who devote to traditional 3K processing industry and the intention to stay.
Therefore, according to the above research results to put forward some specific and feasible suggestions for newcomers and manufacturers devote to traditional 3K processing industry for reference.
