On the other hand, appropriate exposure to ultraviolet is also beneficial to bone health, producing vitamin D3 as well as being transformed by human body into t vitamin D3.
In recent years, smart phones are so popular, becoming the current necessity of daily life; wearable devices combined with smart phones have become the current trend. In this paper, we mounted a UVB (280-320nm) optical sensor on a watch, associating both blue tooth and cell phone’s app to accomplish the goal of remote connection/access; the proposed system can record both the accumulation of exposure to sunlight, producing a certain amount of vitamin D3IU, and the UV level. Finally, users can realize how much is lacking for a daily doze of Vitamin D3.
