碩士 === 國立高雄大學 === 國際企業管理碩士學位學程 === 105 === Since the beginning of the 20th century it is known how new technologies, such as the Internet, e-mail, video conferencing, mobile phones…. etc. are changing our lives and behavior in all aspects of life. One of these aspects is the personal and professional relationship at work, between employees or between employees and managers. In this research, it`s analyzed the influence of information technology (IT) in working relationships is order to find solutions to improve this computer-mediated communication (CMC) in the workplace. The study of the literature review about different topics about leadership and it`s many characteristics that we can find in the companies and work situations help us to formulate new questions and hypothesis to investigate. The result of the study will give us a better understanding about the relationships at work using these new technologies and how can we improve it in case we are manager or employee to create a positive and constructive relationship between authentic supervisors and committed subordinates.
