| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 105 === Rescently, the awareness of open data has risen up, and the exposure of the open data issue has also increased. Especially, when Taiwan got the first place in the global open data appraisal in 2015. However, we do not know how familiar with open data the civic are. In this study, we want to develop a scale of open data literacy to measure the civic. Through the scale, we want to know different levels of literacy, and know which part the civic should improve. Then, we also can know how different levels of literacy will affect self-efficacy of open data, and then affect open data engagement behavior. The above is about personal part, and the following is about collective part. In this study, we also explore the relation between collective efficacy of open data and open data civic engagement.
