In the current target of ECO-CITY, due to lack of survey analysis, it can not respond to the demand of land,which led the goal and development as
expected,and planning doesn't work.
Through the entire discussion on environmental control in traditional urban planning, found that three issues：Role of GIS environment quality control tools, Environmental information collection and use, The function of GIS environment analysis. Review and analysis of environmental control challenges in Taiwan, the Ecocity planning framework, construction a new pattern of environmental quality control operations and model.
This study attempts to construct a set of environmental quality control model, thinking about how to grasp the key on urban planning. Therefore the research finally choice anexperimental site which in Xinpu urban planning district. Suggestions for environmental quality control,as a reference for future research.
