This case describes the social issues on human resource field and the process as well as motivation of the appearance of Be A Giver. To appeal more professional specialist in the society stand out and share their knowledges. In addition, 104 help the learners breakthrough the restricts of social resources to make the social knowledge circulate in a more fluent model.     104, the biggest human resource website in Taiwan, are founded in 1996. After 21 years’ operation, 104 created a unique model of being career matchmaker for employers and employees. In 2014, 104 declared that they would have a magnificent change, which is, transforming into a second generation of human resource company. The plan starts from 2013. It is a crowd founding platform for dreamers, called Dream Cradle. 104 encourage people daring to dream because during the process of chasing dreams people can understand their selves and figure out the best life plan. In September 2016, 104 develop a social movement named Be A Giver, in which 104 offer supports and resources for those who are on their way chasing their dreams.     The case is adapted Harvard Case Study research method to discuss the following issues: IT Enablement, Value co-creation, Social Distribution of Knowledge, Institutional Entrepreneurship, and so forth. The case will be also explored on the viewpoints of, how 104 apply their IT techniques into organizational agility and differentiation; how 104 create value with stakeholders to assist 104’s brand transformation. In addition, during the process of Be A Giver, 104 change the original distribution of knowledge among the society, at the meantime, they also update the original frame of knowledge field, which matches to the point of institutional entrepreneurship.
