Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 工商業設計系 === 105 === The National Development Council predicts that Taiwan will become a super-aged society in 2025, meaning one in five will be a 65 over older people. The report from Institute for Information Industry mentioned that more than 90% of the elderly are expecting innovative technology products or services to support them in light travel. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the pain points and obstacles of aging people while planning the itinerary. Also, to dig out the needs, desires of aging people and the must-have information for the itinerary. According to the findings, to propose design suggestions. The results of the study are as follows: 1. Pain point and service gap: (1) Concern about personal safety; (2) Physiological burden; (3) Compromise with others; (4) The lack of travel companions; (5) No planning in advance; (6) Divergent sources; (7) Technology phobia and difficulties. 2. Demand and desire: (1) Self-realization through travel; (2) Clear preferences for travel; (3) Solve the problem of transportation; (4) Create a unique memory; (5) Mobile phone and instant message application are necessary; (6) Specific must-have features. 3. Design concept: (1) New experience in living area; (2) Intelligent travel plan; (3) To integrate weather and traffic information; (4) Companions and emergency contacts; (5) To strengthen motivation for travel participation through rewards.
