Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 105 === This study explores the relationship between the adsorption behavior of the carboxylated superplasticizer on C4AxFy with different F/A molar ratios and the rheological behaviors of the C4AxFy paste during the early hydration. The C4AxFy compounds with F/A ratios of 0.5, 1, 2, and 3 were synthesized and prepared for the paste. The superplasticizer adsorption, the rheological behavior, and the hydration heat of the pastes were measured. Results showed that both the viscosity and the hydration heat were reduced with the increases of the F/A ratios, suggesting that the hydration was accelerated by the high aluminum content. Carboxylated superplasticizer effectively dispersed the C4AxFy with F/A ratios of 1 and 2. When compared with the C4AF, the superplasticizer adsorption was high and the viscosity and the hydration heat were only changed slightly in those with F/A of 0.5. In pastes with F/A ratio of 3, the hydration was slow and segregation by the superplasticizer occurred. By adding alkalis in the mixing solutions, the viscosities were increased. It was likely that the side chains of the superplasticizer were compressed so the dispersion was reduced.
