These is able to determine the timing of filter replacement and oil cleanliness diagnosis.In the long-term using of the filter, the internal accumulation of impurities will cause the filter block, and affecting the operation of other components of the oil system. At present, most of the oil filter is based on the time and mileage to determine the timing of replacement. This paper proposed by measuring the filter inlet and outlet pressure and flow of circulation pipeline to instantly estimate the filter impurity accumulation and oil pollution or other information to take the initiative to remind users of oil conditions and the timing of the filter replacement to achieve the goal of early warning. The experimental results show that the instantaneous estimation based on the unscented Kalman filter (UKF) that can effectively estimate the accumulative level of the filter impurity and the level of oil pollution under different operating conditions.
