Sliding wear test are performed under different test temperature by Cameron-Plint TE77 reciprocating test rig. According to friction coefficient, wear mechanism and wear depth of specimen evaluate the tribological performance of the different tests results. In addition, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) were separately used to observe the morphology of wear specimens and identify the composition of surface. In addition to the wear test, static corrosion experiments were carried out at the same time to understand the corrosion behavior of the engine components at different temperatures. The tests results demonstrate that the tribological behavior of the blend fuel content with 10% green diesel was superior to that of the other testing blended fuels. When the content of green diesel is more than 20%, the friction coefficient of the specimen declined obviously. Test in the green diesel, a tribochemical reaction takes place on the rubbing surface. The anti-wear ability is mainly by physical adsorption capacity and locallyhydrodynamic effects at 10°C; while at 80°C, due to the rapid chemical reaction rate on the rubbing surface, it is possible to form a better chemical reaction film on the rubbing surface to prevent the direct contact of rough surface during wear test. As the higher concentration of monoglyceride oil, the corrosion behavior is relatively intense. Yuan-Ching Lin 林原慶 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 152 zh-TW |
