Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 105 === The research is relate at the mechanism and material of building automation, makes the integration and practical test of related methods. The automated method is use 3D printing to stacked lines. And force cement out as a stacking material. It discusses the material properties of cement, and testing and preparation of optimized stackable material lines. Material discussion features include slump, flow, curing rate, expansion rate, can withstand pressure, deformation, quick drying capacity and environmental economy, etc. In addition, with the material integration of the institutional control, then for the three-axis movement, extrusion, screw rod pitch, arduino control program editing, do the corresponding integration of material properties. So that the deployment of the material can be smoothly squeezed out of the stack forming. This paper also proposes another method of using Polyurethane foaming materials. Printed as a form of traditional engineering template die mold. In addition, the method is first print out the template die mold, and then grouting. So also, the material properties of the polyurethane, and the stacking method, do the relevant discussion and test. Finally, use the cement printing method in this research, the actual operation of the case to confirm the feasibility of this method.
