However, following various energy offering and the progress of car engine technology, the alternative fuel vehicles and the changing of world oil markets have threatened oil selling performance of gas stations. In the long run, the enterprises have to adjust their business strategies in order to increase the revenue while demand market is changing. Since the oil market liberalized in Taiwan, the gas stations owned by Taiwan CPC Corp. not only sell oil, but also provide more services according to demand side for seizing customers’ pocket and increase the service value by giving diversified services in gas stations. Taiwan CPC Corp. has been the petroleum giant and the leader in national oil market. Its future strategies have been concerned by the competitors and the franchisees. Apart from oil selling, there are car wash, car maintenance, convenience store and parking lot, etc. The main purpose of this research is to re-discuss the business model of the car express maintenance in gas stations via qualitative research interviews in order to increase the performance. From which to explore the needs of customers and bring success to the car express maintenance in gas stations, also for other relevant vendor’s reference.
