Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣藝術大學 === 表演藝術教學碩士學位班 === 105 === As a professional art education institution for vocational high school, the aim of the department of drama in Taipei Hwa Kang Private Arts School is to cultivate talents with creativity for drama art and theatre techniques. The purpose of this research is to discuss the importance and functionality of “performance teaching” by way of the implementation process of the course, “Performance Practicum” for the twelfth grade. The researcher hopes to make use of production and performance process in her own play, Memories of Tea House (The play was performed in Nan Hai Theater in National Taiwan Arts Education Center Theatre in May 14th, 2016), in academic year of 2015, with research analysis of drama education, experiential learning, and performance teaching practice to observe by means of participating in the case work. Besides, the researcher explores the teaching effectiveness of “teach others teach yourself” from the perspective of course objectives and course design, and two facets of “teaching from teachers” and “learning from students” in order to discuss the importance and functionality of experiential learning and performance teaching practice in professional drama learning. The researcher expects that through this research those teachers who first teach the course, “Performance Practicum,” can understand their roles and practice during the process of teaching, and can have a guideline or simple work manual to refer to during different phrases of works, hoping teachers to teach easily, and students to learn willingly. The researcher also anticipates to take advantage of the execution between “teaching by practical teaching” and “learning to experiential learning,” and the implementation of the course, “Performance Practicum,” in the Department of Drama in vocational school to further realize the meaning of professional drama education
