In its many functions, health management-related applications get most attention. This study provided a comprehensive understanding of different brands of wearable devices and cloud health management services. It wants to know the relationshop of user's motivation for health, the functional requirements of the device, the demand for cloud health management services, and the assessment of self health. According to the analysis of 257 effective samples, the health motivations were explicit "Growth and Progress" and "Normative Iinteraction", and implicit “Closed without Feeling” and “Unable to control”, and there were significant differences among different sexes and ages. Besides, if the stronger the health-motivation of the user, then the higher the demand for functional requirements of the device and the demand for cloud health management services. But the relevance of health motivation and user self-health assessment was not significant. "Sex" and "Monthly Income" have a significant impact on the basic functions of the wearable device users, and female have the greater demand for advanced features of the wearable devices than male. As for the derived function of the wearable device, there is a significant difference in age at the age of 31-40 years. In the cloud health management service demand, the most explanatory variable is "Derivative function of wearable device", "Hidden health motivation - indifference" and "Monthly Income". In the use of cloud health management website, the advanced features of the wearable device have the most predictivity.
