The different training courses and the hours they spent may be the main reasons. Subjects are from a junior high school in Taipei. The initial concept of the study is longitudinal research. Then, the following steps are the use of physical fitness related equipment, continuous implementation and tracking of three academic years for the study interval for reference comparison. Purpose sampling has been taken for dance-talented class students and census for ordinary class students, testing for all female students. From the height and weight measurements, as the starting point, the study tries to understand the body mass index (BMI) of the subjects and their overall presentation. Next, the study moves forward to make research on the basic physical fitness overall performance, such as the softness / sit and reach, muscle endurance / sit-ups, instantaneous force / standing long jump and cardiopulmonary fitness / 800 meters running, etc. This study is presented as a percentage, mean, and standard deviation, using descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, One-way ANOVA, repeated measures for data processing analysis. The results are as follows. First, from 102 to 104, three years of longitudinal development shows that, there are significant differences for dance class students in the body mass index, softness, and instantaneous force, while there is no significant difference in the cardiopulmonary fitness and overall performance (index). For ordinary class students, there is a significant difference in the body mass index, and no significant difference in other performance (index). Second, the differences within academic years from 102 to 104: there is no significant difference in body mass index (BMI) between the two groups. Further, there are significant differences in softness, muscle endurance, and instantaneous force year by year. Besides, cardiopulmonary fitness is significantly different in the 103 academic year, and overall performance index is significantly different in each year. The analysis and discussion of the results are provided as references for municipal education authorities, school education, the investigator’s school and future researchers.
The analysis and discussion of the results are provided as references for municipal education authorities, school education, the investigator’s school and future researchers.
