This study develops a method using graph theory, defines a new graph, which is named “Operation Transformation Graph(OTG)”, to help us clarifying the situation of each unit when transforming systems’ operation mode. First we define hybrid systems’ operation modes, secondly we use the concept of adjacency matrix to show the relationship between each mode, at the end we plot the Operation Transformation Graph, which can help us evaluate the system. The research also utilizes computer aided engineering(CAE) to simulate the real characteristics of the hybrid system.
