Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 電信工程學研究所 === 105 === This thesis proposed a filtering antenna array design which integrates filter, power divider and antenna elements with feeding using vertically connections. Firstly, a conventional corporate feed antenna array is designed which connected power divider and used vertically connection. Then, two kinds of filtering antenna array are designed, including 1x2 and 1x4 filtering antenna arrays.
The results show that in the 1x2 filtering antenna array, the simulation bandwidth is 3.5%; as opposed to the measured 3.4%. The main polarization realized gain is 8.54dB, as opposed to the measured value of 7.07dB, while the selectivity is 40.65 dB / GHz. In the 1x4 filtering antenna array, the simulation bandwidth is 4.2% and main polarization realized gain is 10.2dB, in good agreement with the measured values of 4.2% and 9.26dB, respectively. The selectivity is found to be 79.09 dB / GHz.
As compared with the traditional cooperate fed antenna array, the present design demonstrated the saving in the circuit area and improved selectivity.
