Touraine’s notion of “societal movement” and “historicity”. Meanwhile, the thesis has also rendered M. Foucault’s concept of “ethical subject” and “empowerment” to understand how they’ve constituted themselves as ethical subjects and empower themselves. The research method is in-depth interview and there are 16 interviewees including members of “New Bloom”, “LET’s News”, “TalkEcon” and “Whogovernstw”. In addition, the researcher analyzed the articles which written by the media, so that article contents and interview contents are complementary. The research concludes that the social atmosphere prompted them to be social subjects. Through organizational action, they received feedbacks from others and then affirmed their personal abilities and influences. In this thesis, “community” plays an important role on the process of subjectification, which may broaden A. Touraine and M. Foucault’s concept of subject. For these participants without professional media experiences, to manage a regular media will face some critical problems, such as journalism skills and organizational management. However, they have endeavored to render their various new media techniques and resources to achieve a distinguished position in media sphere. They struggle through multiple challenges to constitute themselves as an ethical subject, and the thesis finds that their unique path of empowerment compared to previous theories.
