The research conclusion found out that FDI is not only to find a place but also how to operate. What kind of resources and products-market combination we are gping to use will decide our growth and profit. And, the international community, such as FTA/RCEP/PTT/... will accelerating the relationship between P.R.C. with ASEAN country perhaps including the rest of world, that will affect us drmatical. How we choice FDI country? What are our products and growth planning? The cost down will be the only purpose of FDI? How to training local staff also will be important in future. And, how to avoid political, fincial cost during cultural barriers and/or internal mistakes.
