In this study, analyzing the data by IBM SPSS Statistics version 20, and the database comes from Ministry of Labor. There are 4,002 samples in the survey, after filtering to make it suitable for this study, there are 1,705 samples in total. Through data analysis by ordinal regression models, the empirical results are summarized as below: (i). There is a significant negative effect of overtime on job satisfaction, when work-family balance is a mediator. The longer a worker works, the lower his/ her job satisfaction is; with the mediation effect of work-family balance. (ii). There is a significant negative effect of overtime on job satisfaction, when health condition is a mediator. The longer a worker works, the lower his/ her job satisfaction is; with the mediation effect of health condition. (iii). The moderation effect of fringe benefit is not significant. From the empirical result of this study, there is no significant moderation effect of fringe benefit. The reason seems to be that the utility of fringe benefits is interrelated to whether employees use them efficiently or not. 辛炳隆 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 67 zh-TW
