Authoritarian leadership is still one of the common ways of leading.A large amount of domestic research done in the past has probed the relation between authoritarian leadership and subordinate reaction,but the research specially based on authoritarian psychological quality shown by the young people nowadays who enter the army and work as volunteer soldiers in this authoritarian leadership environment and probing “job satisfaction”from the phenomena appearing in “psychological quality.”
In research methods,I make questionnaires and use IBM SPSS Statistics 20 software to code and analyze.Taking the volunteer soldiers of Air Force in a certain area as the objects.I withdraw totally 225 vaild questionnaires and come to the conclusions below:
a. The “psychological quality” and “job satisfaction” indexes of the volunteer soldiers of Air Force in a certain area both show not lower than “medium.”
b. The “psychological quality” of volunteer soldiers with various gender,level of education,marriage,religion,and unit feature is quite different.
c. The “job satisfaction” of volunteer soldiers with various gender,marriage, and unit feature are quite different.
d. The “psychological quality” indexes including cohesiveness, self-confidence,the ability of overcoming fear,and compression resistance are all obviously related to the “job satisfaction.”
e. There is apparent mediation effect on cohesiveness,self-confidence,and compression resistance to workload feeling.
f. There is apparent mediation effect on cohesiveness,the ability of overcoming fear,and compression resistance to salary and welfare.
