It analyzed the differences between aesthetic literacy and quality of work life for elementary school teachers with different background variables. Moreover, the study investigated the correlation between aesthetic literacy and quality of work life for elementary school teachers. And finally, the study investigates the predictive power of teachers’ aesthetic literacy with their quality of work life. It adopts questionnaire method, along with the research instruments of ' aesthetic literacy and quality of work life for elementary school teachers' questionnaire, to conduct the research, sampling 272 teachers of eighteen elementary schools in Taitung county. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and Multi-regression analysis. Research results are shown as follows: 1. Approximately, elementary schools teachers in Taitung county appear fine reflecting from aesthetic literacy and quality of work life. 2. Elementary schools teachers of different age or service seniority show significant differences in aesthetic literacy. 3. Elementary schools teachers of different position show significant differences in quality of work life. 4. Aesthetic literacy appears positively correlated with quality of work life, all reaching significant levels. 5. Parts of variables in quality of work life demonstrate predictability upon aesthetic literacy. Lastly, according to the results and conclusions, the study provides suggestions for elementary schools, teachers, parents, and future researchers as references.
