Take one regular class grade 2 elementary school not taking medication ADHD student with non-compliant behavior as study object. Through the way of discussion with each other & co-design with co-researchers, based on functional behavior assessment, to plan, execute and modify the positive behavior support plan during the process, researchers see the behavior problem & the changes of positive behaviors of the case through participant observation, interviews, data analysis and other data collection methods. Learned from the research result. 1. Implementing functional behavior assessment could clearly understand the function of non-compliant behavior of the regular class elementary school without taking medication ADHD student was to release energy, to draw attention & to escape from learning. 2. The solution strategy use for the difficulties during the implementation strategy & execution process to non-compliant behavior of the regular class elementary school not taking medication ADHD student by positive behavior support (PBS) is as below: (1) Properly used environment adjustment strategy such as increasing exercise, to build friendly & warm learning environment, lively & interesting teaching style, seat rearrangement & inspirational quotes education which could enhance the learning interest to the case and prevent happening of Non-Compliant Behavior. (2) Guide positive behaviors, prompt positive behaviors, reinforce positive behaviors, and elastically adjust for homework content, assign little helper for real time individual instruction, all these can help the case to complete homework submission, to enhance good behaviors of the case effectively, to decrease the happening of non-compliant behavior. 3. Positive behavior support could improve the Non-Compliant Behaviors of regular class elementary school not taking medication ADHD student effectively.
