The conclusions and suggestions are proposed according to this study results. The study is based mainly on documentary analysis and survey method. Through purposive sampling, 400 teaching staff were drawn out in Taitung county to be the subjects of this research.353 are valid samples and the effective rate is 88.25%. The study results are analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test,One-way ANOVA,Pearson moment correlation coefficient and regression. The findings are concluded as follows: (1) The behaviors of ingratiate rationality and sanctions have predictive ability for internal satisfaction. (2) The behaviors of ingratiate rationality and upward appeal have predictive ability for external satisfaction. (3) The behaviors of ingratiate rationality has predictive ability for complex satisfaction. (4) Procedure justice has predictive ability for internal satisfaction. (5) Procedure justice and distributive justice have predictive ability for external satisfaction. (6) Procedure justice and distributive justice have predictive ability for complex satisfaction. The study conclusions may be the references for junior high and elementary school directors ,school administrative authorities and further study.
