This action research enrolled grade 8 students in a certain junior high school in Taitung as the research subjects. The researcher referred to specific books and relevant literature to design a table game-based guidance activity program, offered 8 courses to mentor class and club class, and used social measurement software to analyze the change in students’ social status in the pretest and posttest. In addition to collecting quantitative data, this study also performed qualitative interviews and used teachers’ observation records and after-class feedback form. The research results and findings are as follows: 1. The effect of implementation of table game-based guidance activity program in peer members with high class familiarity was better (1) After the implementation of table game-base guidance activity program in mentor class, the comparison on social measurement in the pretest and posttest showed that, the table game-based guidance program in this study was effective on the class. (2) After the implementation of table game-base guidance activity program in club class, the comparison on social measurement in the pretest and posttest showed that, there was no significant change in interpersonal relationship of students in club class. 2. The implementation of table game-based guidance activity program was beneficial to the improvement of interpersonal relationship of junior high school students (1) The results of the quantitative social measurement showed that, the Coie type of four subjects was “refused.” The interpersonal relationship of 3 subjects was slightly improved after the implementation of table game-based guidance activity program, while that of 1 subject was not significantly changed. (2) The qualitative data showed that, there were positive interactions in four subjects during the implementation of table game-based activities. 3.
