碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 進修部暑期文化資源與休閒產業碩士專班 === 104 === The purpose of this study is to understand the relationships between leisure participation, job involvement, and life satisfaction. A total of 162 quesionnaires were distributed by a general survey on junior high school teachers in Henchun Peninsula, Pingtung County and 155 were valid with a response rate of 95.7%. The data were analyzed through descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis by using SPSS V19.0. The results are as follows: 1. Respondents’ “ knowledge-learning” of leisure participation was found to have a significant positive influence on their job involvement. 2. Respondents’ “ job concentration” and “job enjoyment” of job involvement were found to have a significant positive influence on their life satisfaction. 3. Respondents’ “athletic, “family/social relationship”, and “outdoor recreation” of leisure paticipation were found to have a significant positive influence on their life satisfaction.
