This study was aimed to explore the challenges and solutions of finance, human resources, and other related managerial issues when the non-profit organization evolving towards the social enterprise. The main findings through semi-structured in-depth interviews were as follows: (1). social enterprises might control costs, (2). social enterprises might nurture professionals, and (3). social enterprises might enhance self-actualization of employees.
