However, non-profit organizations are desirable to move toward social enterprises because they often face financial risks of management. This study was aimed to explore the challenges and solutions of finance, human resources, and other related managerial issues when the non-profit organization evolving towards the social enterprise. The main findings through semi-structured in-depth interviews were as follows: (1). social enterprises might control costs, (2). social enterprises might nurture professionals, and (3). social enterprises might enhance self-actualization of employees.
