Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 進修部暑期文化資源與休閒產業碩士專班 === 104 === The main purpose of this study is to understand how the child-rearing attitude of parents influenced career self-concept and career self-efficacy. The quantitative research methods was utilized in this study. A total of 509 valid questionnaires were collected. SPSS 19.0 for Window application software were utilized as tool of statistical analysis including: descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results are as follows:
1. Students’ profiles showed significant difference in the child-rearing attitudes of parents, career self-concept and career self-efficacy.
2. The child-rearing attitudes of parents showed significant influence on career self-concept.
3. The child-rearing attitudes of parents showed significant influence on career self-efficacy.
4. The career self-concept showed significant influence on career self-efficacy.
