To achieve the above research objectives, researcher uses action research and develops cooperative learning project that include " The instructional project of social skills " and "Learning Social Skills Teaching Project from Cooperation ", teaching project before two weeks of " The instructional project of social skills " Learning about listening and expression of social skills, and then " Learning Social Skills Teaching Project from Cooperation ", an action research was conducted from March 7, 2017 to April 20, 2017, a total of seven weeks, twenty-one teaching activities. To analyze the social skills of the 5-year -old children, quantitative data were collected through pre- and post- test of teachers’ rating scale in social skills, and qualitative data were collected through researcher’ teaching and reflection diary, teachers’ observation record form, the collaborative researcher’ interview records, the 5-year -old children’ work sheets, feedback list by parents, and course records. Results were revealed as following: 1. The development of suitable for the 5-year -old children in the preschool " Learning Social Skills Teaching Project from Cooperation ", using " Learning Together " of the teaching process for the six steps appropriate. 2. The results found that the 5-year -old children about listening and expression of social skills has improved more than before the implementation of the teaching project (p = .000). 3.
