Also, map, an important language of geography, can expand the students' perspective of learning, but also can enhance the students' spatial thinking ability. Exploring geography map interpretation and analysis ability is essential for junior high school geography teachers to adjust the teaching focus, preparation of teaching activities and the development of teaching courses on the influential, can provide teachers with more targeted, and more able to master teaching organization orientation, can also help teachers to assess students' learning achievement, timely give the opportunity to remedy the teaching. This study adopts the design-based research method, combines the geography teaching activities with the map interpretation and analysis ability, aims at the development of the map interpretation and analysis of the teaching program, and discusses the students in the implementation of teaching programs, learning motivation and learning achievements. The results of this study are as follows: First, the application of design-based research method is conducive to the systematic development of map interpretation and analysis of the teaching program. Second, the map interpretation and analysis of teaching programs to help improve the students in the geography of learning motivation. Third, the map interpretation and analysis of teaching programs to enhance the students in the geography of learning achievements. Finally, the results of this study are summarized and suggestions are made as a reference for teachers' teaching and future research.
