This research aims to investigate how students’ reading comprehension ability and reading motivation may have been influenced by this teaching initiative.
The findings were discussed as below
1.Combing Design-Based Research and ADDIE, the teaching initiative in target is proved to be effective and can be developed systematically.
2.The teaching initiative in target is positive in improving students’ reading motivation
3.The teaching initiative in target is conducive to enhancing students’ reading comprehension ability
The author also provides a few suggestions in this thesis for the reference of future studies and designs of teaching activities.
